Ziamore LLC ("Ziamore", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit ziamorewear.com, place an order or otherwise interact with us (the "Services"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf as described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, account login details, size preferences, and the content of any message you send us (for example a return request or a review).

Payment information. Payment details are collected directly by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card, never your full card number.

Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, time spent on the site and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Information from third parties. Fraud-prevention signals from our payment processors, delivery status from carriers, and audience data from advertising and analytics partners.

2. How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and exchanges, and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To run and improve the Services, including remembering your cart and preferences and understanding how the site is used.
To send marketing emails or SMS about products, launches and offers, where you have signed up or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To show you relevant advertising on other platforms, including based on products you viewed or bought.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, and to enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (hosting, checkout, order management), payment processors, fulfilment partners and carriers, email and SMS providers, customer support tools, and analytics providers. They may use your data only to provide services to us.
Advertising partners such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, which may receive identifiers and browsing data through cookies or pixels to measure and personalise advertising. Under some US state laws this may count as "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information for targeted advertising; you can opt out as described in section 7.
Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

4. International transfers

Ziamore LLC is based in the United States and your information is processed there and in other countries where our service providers are located. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

5. Data retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally 7 years). Account data is kept while your account is active. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is kept in aggregated form. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes: essential (cart, checkout, security), performance and analytics (for example Shopify analytics and Google Analytics), and advertising (for example the Meta pixel and Google Ads). Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies and you can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

You may opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing or sale of your personal information on our Your Privacy Choices page. We honour Global Privacy Control signals. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

EEA, UK and Swiss residents. Ziamore LLC is the controller of your personal information. Our legal bases are performance of a contract (orders and support), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improving the Services), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any right, email support@ziamorewear.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. We respond within the time required by applicable law, and in any case within 45 days.

Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from SMS by replying STOP. You will still receive transactional messages about your orders.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls and PCI-compliant payment processing. No system is completely secure, so please keep your account password confidential.

9. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party websites and services that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them and encourage you to read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notified to you by email.
